Trainer James was a good presenter and his knowledge, skills and experience on the subject matter provided an informative and educational session.

Trainer had good knowledge about the training, and it was really well executed. It was not “death by powerpoint” style.

Abbey has been very thorough throughout the session today, ensuring that we have understood the content before moving on to the next thing. Having a variety of different resources (a variety of videos, verbal explanations, personal anecdotes) helped with understanding the content also.

Compared to previous first aid courses it was a lot more in-depth and relevant than other courses I’ve done, the instructor was engaging, professional and knowledgeable.

The structure of the course was relaxed and there was lots of opportunities to ask questions and expand on what was being discussed. The practical assessments were great and the provided props for training were very helpful.

Simulated activities made it more realistic than just talking about it. So much better than other first aid training we have had in the past. Really interesting presenter also. Kept people engaged all day.

The training was so interesting, especially the evacuation section.
